In order to serve more clients and add new programs, Freedom Hooves needs to establish a permanent location specifically configured to advance its mission.
Capital Objectives Include:
- Acquire 30-40 acres in or near Wichita
- Begin new construction of facilities and grounds to help us expand our services
- Acquire additional horses and equipment to serve more clients and address a growing waiting list
- Create additional programs to better serve individuals in the Wichita Community
- Engage more organizations like those who currently utilize Freedom Hooves–McAdams Academy, Wichita’s Littlest Hero’s, Raise My Head, Starkey, and the surrounding school districts.
Additional goals include support for programs, low-income scholarships and five years of operating support, as well as cash reserves to handle any unanticipated program needs or facility maintenance in the future.
